COVID-19 Update - Limited Lobby Access

With the recent announcement of the “Back on Track” plan lead by our Governor, our team started evaluating the plan and developing our own strategy to reopen. We are working towards business as usual, but we are not ready for a complete return to normal. The health and safety of our staff and guests will always be our first priority. As we reopen and welcome you back to our lobby, here is what you should expect to see:

  • Our team members will be wearing a face covering to protect them and you.
  • We ask that you wear a face covering. Exceptions will be granted to those with a medical condition that prevents wearing a face covering and those age 2 and under.
  • You’ll notice new glass or plastic barriers in the member serving areas.
  • The wait areas will have less seating to prevent gathering, maintain the required reduced capacity, and social distancing.
  • We will ask that you only remain in the lobby for as long as the business need requires.
  • Signage will be installed to direct a one-way traffic pattern and queue line spacing for social distancing. 
  • Hand sanitizer will be available to you at the teller counter, offices, and the concierge desk.  
  • You may not notice, but rest assured, our team members will be thoroughly disinfecting.
    • We will disinfect high-contact surfaces regularly such as door handles and counters.
    • We will disinfect high-touch items after each use such as pens, signature pads, and desks.
    • Our cleaning crew cleans and sanitizes areas daily, and we will deep clean weekly. 

We will gradually reopen in phases. Tentative Reopening Dates:

Phase 1:  Essential Status, Essential visits only, drive-up, call center and digital services. 

Phase 2:  Tuesday, May 26th, New Accounts and Lending offices by appointment only.  

Phase 3:  Monday, June 1st, All services inside our main office lobby at reduced capacity.

Phase 4:  Wednesday, August 19th, Student Center Branch services will resume.

After June 1st, our main office lobby will be open:

We will be hard at work, dedicated to your experience from your first step inside to the close of your transaction with us. If you prefer, our technology has enabled most services to be done without a trip to our office, and our drive-up, mobile deposit, ATMs, and digital services are still available.
