Audio Response Technology (ART)
Around-the-clock account access via your touch-tone telephone!
Please pay very close attention to the instructions when using ART. There are many changes from the old CRUIS system, and using ART will take considerable getting used to. As an example, ART will ask you to enter your account number first, and your PIN second! Plus, you only need to enter the pound sign after entering an account number, a share type code, an amount, and a few special inquiry entries. Don't use it after entering an Action Code, or your PIN number!

How to Call ART!
Call the credit union at 765-741-2728 and press 1. The first thing you will then be asked to enter is your member number, followed by the # sign. After you've done that, you will be asked to enter your 4 digit personal identification number, BUT NOT THE # SIGN! Only use the # sign when prompted to do so! This will be primarily after Account Numbers, Share Type Codes, Amounts, and some special information request entries. Action codes and PIN numbers do not require a # sign, as they are always a specific number of digits in length.
At that point you will be asked to enter an "Action Code". All the action codes are available under Action Code 99, but we have provided a list below!
During your call, you will also be asked to enter "Share Type Codes" for the various accounts you are wanting to access information on, transfer funds from, or transfer funds to. The new Share Account Type Codes are also listed below!
