Every year the Board of Directors reviews the Mission Statement of the credit union. It represents the philosophy that guides us in our everyday decision making processes. It goes like this: “The underlying mission of the Ball State Federal Credit Union is to provide the highest service quality experience, the most competitive financial service product lines, and the widest array of delivery channels possible to our existing and potential membership, within the framework of our financial performance objectives.”
